Subject: FabHotel Star Delhi Airport Location: New Delhi Title: Stay away. Not worth the money. Hotel name changes ID#: 884359136 Text: Hotel name is also Star one Hotel or A star hotel. We had booked family room for 4 person. The room with twin bed was in basement with no air circulation. Hence smelly. They changed to another room. Where 2 extra bed was done. Room was not fully furnished. There was no dustbin. No kettle. No accessories. Moreover the hotel charged extra 1000 above the booked family room. Restaurant was also at nearby hotel. Not in the same hotel. A lot needs to be done at spread of breakfast.

I spent just one night booked through booking.com, and I got a good deal. The hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms appear better in photographs but cleanliness wasn't a problem. Though the fridge in the room and a bucket and a mug in the toilet needs their attention. I had also booked breakfast but couldn't avail it, as I was getting late, though the staff at the reception requested to quickly grab it, it was very nice of them. Brakfast is ready by 7.30 am, and its not served here and served in the next door hotel, Delhi 97 may be their own property.

We was booked into this hotel by a tour shop in Delhi ,it was cold dirty damp. The guy that took us up to the room, was more bothered about setting the tv up, then when he got to the door he then said if you want any hot water run it 15 minutes before you need it. The bedding was dirty damp I knocked the bedding when dust came off it there was a black line where the duvet had been turned down. The mattress was very stained, the chairs was so damp you could not sit on them. The air conditioning did not work, to get hot air, it was the worst hotel I had been in. We asked if there was any other room or a upgrade, he took 5 keys looked at 2 rooms they was worse than what we was given. He asked what was up with the room, we said it was dirty damp and cold he said we can give you a blanket. We just got our luggage and walked away.

Fab hotel has good spacious rooms at a decent price for travellers. I would recommend this property if you have to catch an early morning flight. Hardly 20 mins from airport. Food is good too. Suitable for familyy

The stay in Fabhotel star delhi airport was flawless with quick checkin time. The only problem is the inaccurate description of the hotel on google maps which led me to go to another hotel through Ola cabs. As far as hotel is concerned, they offer great food with a spacious room and round the clock service for wakeup and transport to the airport.
